Jeff does excellent work. He is wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend his business to others. He took a sketch drawing of what I wanted at my work and made it come to life. He can do carpentry, excavation, counters, floors, trims, woodwork, repairs & maintenance. He can also figure out problems with equipment and other issues. He can build and fix anything! Zero professionalism.  I asked Jeff to come over and give me an estimate on some carpentry repair work as his business says Carpentry and Maintenance.  I was very clear about the projects that I had for him on hand before he agreed to come by.  First he called 15 minutes before his appointment to reschedule for later in the afternoon, not a huge deal at the time but in hindsight it was just one more thing with this guy.  When he arrived I disclaimed very honestly that I had ONE other gentleman whom was bidding the job and he immediately said he wasn't here to get in a bidding war and became grouchy. Upon asking him questions about how to restore my deck and doors properly and professionally he became more frustrated and assumed I didn't have the money to pay for the professional job I was hoping he could provide.  He threw out a few verbal estimates and when I asked him to put an estimate on paper for me so I could compare it to the ONE other gentleman he walked away.  I kindly asked him if i could pay him for his time and asked for a reference on who might be willing to provide me with this type of work and his response was "most of the carpenters I know are dead"  I completely understand that some jobs are less desirable than others and he might not want my job but this is why I explained my job to him before setting up the estimate.
